Who I work with

I work with people whose business depends on how well they work with each other — not just how good they individually are at their jobs. When the relationship at the top is solid, growth, change and disagreement all get easier to handle. When it isn't, everything downstream gets harder. This is where I focus.

Founders & Co-Founders

You started this together - out of a shared belief in the idea. As the business grows, so does the pressure on that founding relationship: who decides what, what you're each willing to let go of, how you handle it when you don't agree on the direction. I help founding partnerships build strong ways of working together and name what's going on between them before it starts to get in the way.

Business Partners

When the business grows and changes, so does the team around you. Perhaps this shift means you're finding it harder to work together the way you always have or navigating a new partnership entirely. Different stakes, different instincts and different definitions of success can subtly turn into friction, vetoed decisions, or two different stories reaching your clients and your team. I help colleagues have the conversation that's actually needed — not just the processes and targets, but the stuff holding all that up; your values, fears and hopes, so the relationship becomes an asset not a distraction.

Leadership Teams & Boards

Whether you're a founder building your first management team, an exec team scaling at pace, or a board navigating a transition, how well the people in the room work together shapes every decision that comes out of it. I help leadership teams and boards notice the patterns running underneath their conversations — who defers to whom, where decisions bottleneck, what's not being said — so they can make better decisions, move faster, stay aligned when the pressure is on and keep the business moving forward.

Individual Leaders (1:1)

Sometimes what's needed isn't the whole team in the room — it's you, with someone independent, credible and unattached to the politics. I offer 1:1 executive coaching for leaders who want a thinking partner to work through the relational and strategic complexity of the role.

How this shows up in practice

Three ways to work with me as a coach, all rooted in the belief that strong working relationships are the foundation the business is built on.

The work I do

01

Partnership Coaching

For: Founders, business leaders working side by side.
What it involves: A series of coaching sessions together, starting with building your alliance. We work with what's current for you — whatever's shaping, or about to shape, how you work together and make decisions on behalf of the business.
Outcome: The collective ability to navigate change, disagreement and growth together.
02

Team Coaching

For: Leadership teams, boards and organisations.
What it involves: Facilitated sessions with the team together, working through what the business is asking of you collectively to grow or sustain momentum and performance. Ideal for new teams forming, or existing teams at critical points in their evolution — scaling or streamlining.
Outcome: A team with the trust, skills and agility to work through future friction for themselves, and keep performance on point.
03

Leadership Development

For: Individuals responsible for people or the business.
What it involves: A series of 1:1 coaching sessions, opening with bespoke 360 feedback and supported by three-way sponsor alignment at the start and end. Option to combine some sessions with business partners or your team.
Outcome: A more confident, clearer version of themselves — and sharper leadership competence.

Every engagement has a clear shape from the outset — agreed goals, a defined timeframe, and structured check-ins with sponsors or stakeholders along the way. Nothing here is open-ended, and everyone involved can see what's changed by the end.
