How I work
Most support in business focuses on individual capability or leadership skills gaps. These are important, but none of us work in isolation. What's really shaping the results at leadership level is almost always tangled in the relationships around us: who works with whom and how, what gets talked about and what doesn't, where things get stuck, and the ways of working that have developed over time.
I'm a certified Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC — Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching), which means my client is the system — the team or the partnership — not any one person in it. Even when I'm working with an individual leader, the same lens applies: I'm looking at their relationship with the people and context around them, not just their personal skills or style.
What that looks like in the room
A systems lens
We're never really separate from the wider system we sit in, so instead of isolating "the problem," coaching looks at the connections. For partners or teams, that means the relationship between you. For individuals, it means your relationship with the context around you.
I work with what's real, right now.
Not a fixed curriculum — what's actually live in the room, whether that's a specific tension, a critical business decision or a challenge stalling your business momentum right now.
I name what's being avoided in service of moving forward.
Left alone, unresolved things don't go away; they just show up somewhere else.
I trust you have the answers.
You know your business better than anyone. My role is to bring a fresh perspective, ask the questions that move things on, and help you look at what's happening from a different angle.
The goal is a team that can keep itself on track.

Facilitation helps a group work through an agenda. Training builds specific skills. Systems coaching follows the client's real needs as they emerge. It works with the relationship and the system while building individual capability naturally alongside it. The work is fluid and responsive, adapting as the needs of the people and the business change. It's also a focused intervention, designed to create real shifts quickly for time-poor, cash-flow-conscious leaders.
Katie genuinely lives what she talks about when it comes to the humanity of leadership. She creates an environment where barriers drop and open, honest conversations happen, the kind that most teams avoid but absolutely need. Those conversations led to real insight for us as individuals and as a group, and ultimately better results. On a personal level, the coaching helped me reflect on how I show up in partnerships and leadership situations.
