About Katie
I'm a certified Relationship Systems and Executive Coach, working with founders, business partnerships and leadership teams — bringing over two decades of experience across corporate, global and start-up businesses.
I've also sat on the board of a founder-led business, so I know first-hand what it's like to be part of a management team where the relationships in the room directly affect decisions, performance and the direction of the business. It's one of the reasons I'm so interested in what happens between people, not just what happens within them.
My approach is down to earth. I work with the whole team or partnership, or if 1:1, the system surrounding that person. I pay attention to what's happening in the room and use theory without the fluff to surface what's going on beneath the surface.
